Park Policies

Please take a moment to become familiar with our rules.

Registration: All guests and visitors must register at the office. Check-0ut Time is 12:00 noon. Please re-register by that time if you plan to stay longer.

Cancellations: For MONTHLY STAYS, There is a $150 cancellation fee for site reservations. Should you cancel less than 30 days in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. DAILY STAYS, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund (minus $25 cancellation fee). WEEKLY STAYS, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund (minus $50 cancellation fee). Less then 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. Checks should be received within 2 weeks.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Trash Pickup: We will pick up your trash 7 days a week. Please place trash at the end of your site between 8:00 am and 12 noon. Otherwise, take bagged trash to one of our dumpsters.

Parking: One car per site please — No Exceptions. This is due to conflicts with pending reservations. We have overflow parking for your convenience at the rear of the park.

Speed Limit: The speed limit throughout the campground is 10 mph.

Cleanliness: ALL campers and RVs must be CLEAN and WELL-MAINTAINED. The site should be kept neat and clean with personal items stored in a presentable manner. No repairs of vehicles allowed in the campground.

Trash: Please keep your site clean by placing all garbage in plastic bags and set by the road for pick up between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. You may also take your bagged trash to one of our dumpsters.

Swimming Pool: No lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk. Hours are 9:00 am to dusk. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers are permitted. Please observe regulations posted in the pool area. No smoking is allowed in the pool area. Please dispose of any trash in the correct receptacles. The pool will be monitored for intoxication and unsafe behavior.

Liability: Clotheslines are not permitted on site. All facilities are used at your own risk. Management will not be responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, theft or fire to either the property or each individual.

Pets: Pets are welcome here if kept under control, quiet and cleaned up after. All pets must be kept on a leash. No pets allowed in buildings or swimming pool area. Do not leave pets in the campground unattended, and they must be kept inside at night. No pets tied to site utilities. Clean up mistakes made in and around your site. NO AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS are allowed in the park at any time. ALL DOGS must be supervised and leashed at all times. Leads and leashes may not exceed 6 feet in length and must not exceed your camp site. Owners must be present with dogs at the dog park. Waste disposal boxes are located throughout the campground; guests must pick up after their pets and dispose in waste boxes using disposal bags. PLEASE DO NOT PUT HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE IN PET WASTE BOXES. ANY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR OR EXCESSIVE BARKING ARE GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL FROM THE PARK WITHOUT A REFUND.

Fire Pits: All Fire Pits must be above ground, enclosed and portable.

Children: All Children under 17 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES in the park. This includes the pool, bathhouses, and rec hall.

Notice: Campers that refuse to comply with these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. Management assumes no responsibility for the actions or safety of guests and reserves the right to eject anyone violating campground rules or creating a disturbance. We are a private park. We reserve the right to select our clientele and visitors and assume no responsibility for loss due to theft, fire or accidents. Please put alcoholic beverages in cup, Koozie or wrap. Please turn OFF all Wi-Fi access when not in use.
